Refund policy

Cancellation of the order

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you wish to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, we usually try to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. Therefore, please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.


Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and replacement or refund as requested. Please note that damaged items can only be replaced within 3 days of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you!

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will not issue a refund if:
● Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (ex. Providing the wrong shipping address)

*You may submit refund requests within 3 days of delivery of the guaranteed Product has been delivered. You can do this by sending a message to us on the Contact Us page.

Return

We do not offer returns on the correctly delivered purchase/order, but if the size and color is different from what you ordered, we would be more than happy to send you another or issue a credit.

Our policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items. Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refund (if applicable).

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to post.

Sold Out Items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sold out items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@fabricofcultures.com.


European Union 14 day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must pay the shipping cost to return your item. The shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please allow 7-15 business days to receive your item after purchase.

All orders will be processed within 48-72 hours; all orders will be shipped via registered courier. You will receive the tracking code on your registered email once the order is shipped with the estimated delivery date.
